Nike Air Force 1 “Huarache” Hybrid

While it makes me feel old, seeing the shoes I grew up with reinterpreted as part of Nike’s great hybrid program is exciting to say the least. I remember getting my first pair of Huarache’s like it was yesterday, the colours and the materials made the shoe stand out like nothing before. Nike have incorporated those elements into an Air Force 1 mould, and have come up with this shoe, one of the best AF1’s I’ve seen in a long time. nike-air-force-one-huarache-hybrid

Good information.

I was reading through some articles and came across some interesting information on how frequently one must replace old shoes with a new pair. Though this is a matter of sheer judgement, it’s important to understand that every shoe has a lifetime and stretching it beyond that would only cause discomfort to your feet and affect your whole body.

One should exercise judgement to know if the padding of the shoe is anywhere close to causing discomfort while playing or exercising. If you feel that the air or the gel has gone or the sole of the shoe is worn out, it’s definitely time to buy yourself a new pair of shoes. So don’t wait till you find your foot sticking out of your shoes. Get a new pair and save your feet the trouble of injury or pain.
